Independent publisher. Not affiliated with the manufacturer of any product described here. Written guides only — no support, advisers or repairs. Read noticeClose

SmartVelora Solutions (smartvelorasolution.site) is an independent reference publisher operated by Stuti Goenka. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any device manufacturer, retailer, platform operator or brand named on this site, or to any retailer or service provider. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

We publish written reference material only. We provide no phone support, no human advisers, no remote assistance, no diagnostics, no account recovery and no repair services, and we never request credentials, passwords, or payment details. The search assistant in the corner of this page is an automated tool that returns links to pages on this site — nobody staffs it and it cannot help with a device. For help with a device you own, contact the manufacturer or the retailer who sold it.

This policy explains how Stuti Goenka ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with smartvelorasolution.site ("the Site").

The short version

There is no account to create here, nothing to buy, and no form that asks who you are. The Site serves written pages. Our infrastructure records the ordinary technical details any web server records, and analytics tells us in aggregate which pages people find useful. That's essentially the whole picture.

We do not sell personal information. We have never asked a reader for a password and never will.

What we never collect

Stated first because it matters most. We never collect, request, store, or process:

  • Usernames, sign-in email addresses, or passwords for any third-party service
  • Verification codes, one-time passcodes, or recovery codes
  • Wi-Fi network names, Wi-Fi passwords, or router administration credentials
  • Device serial numbers, registration details, or account identifiers
  • Payment card numbers, bank details, or financial account information
  • Government identification numbers
  • Remote access to any device you own

No form on this Site requests any of the above, and no communication from us ever will.

What we do process

Things you send us

If you email us — a correction, a legal question, a privacy request — we receive your message, your email address, and whatever you chose to include. We use it to consider and, where appropriate, answer your message. Nothing more.

Things recorded automatically

Our hosting and analytics record limited technical information when a page is requested: IP address (usually truncated or anonymised before storage), browser type, operating system and device category, which pages were viewed and for how long, the referring address, and the time of the request.

This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to keep the Site secure. We don't attempt to identify individual readers from it and we don't build profiles.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site places on your device.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the Site functioning and secure and remember your consent choices. These are required for the Site to work.

Analytics cookies measure traffic in aggregate. Advertising cookies are used by third-party ad networks for delivery, frequency capping, and measurement. Both categories require consent where the law requires it, and you can change your choices at any time through the consent interface.

Every major browser also lets you block, restrict, or delete cookies in its privacy settings. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies doesn't affect your access to anything here.

Third parties

We use a small number of providers, each operating under its own privacy policy: a web host and content delivery network (which sees IP addresses and request metadata), an analytics provider (anonymised identifiers and page events), advertising networks (cookie identifiers and ad interaction data), email infrastructure (your address and message, if you write to us), and a third-party website tool that powers the automated search assistant on our pages.

The search assistant. It is supplied by an external provider and sets its own cookies in order to function and to remember a session. Anything you type into it passes through that provider's systems and may be retained by them under their own policy and retention schedule. It is an automated site search, not a conversation with a person, and it performs no support function. Please do not type passwords, verification codes, Wi-Fi credentials, card numbers or account details into it — we neither need nor want them, and anything of that kind that reaches us is deleted.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share your correspondence with advertisers.

Advertising networks may use cookies to show advertising based on previous visits to this and other sites. Personalization settings for the major networks can be managed through those networks' own preference tools, and industry opt-out portals exist in most regions.

Serving the Site and keeping it secure rests on legitimate interests. Analytics rests on consent where required, and otherwise on legitimate interests. Advertising cookies rest on consent. Replying to correspondence you initiate rests on legitimate interests. Retaining records where the law requires it rests on legal obligation.

How long we keep things

Server logs are retained short-term — weeks rather than years — then deleted or anonymised. Aggregate analytics are kept in aggregate form for trend analysis. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter, then deleted. Consent records are kept as long as needed to evidence consent.

Your rights

Under India's DPDP Act, 2023

  • Access a summary of the personal data we process about you and what we do with it
  • Have inaccurate, incomplete, or unnecessary personal data corrected or erased
  • Raise a grievance with us directly, using the address below
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
  • Escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if a grievance isn't resolved satisfactorily

Under UK/EU GDPR

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, withdrawal of consent at any time, and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law

Roughly twenty states have now passed one, California and Virginia among the earliest, with Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Minnesota, Maryland and others following. The detail varies from statute to statute. The core entitlements do not: you may ask what is held and why, obtain a copy, have errors corrected, have the record deleted, decline targeted advertising, and suffer no penalty for asking.

On the words "sale" and "sharing". Nothing here is sold, and this is not a data broking operation. California's definition of "sharing" is broader than the plain meaning, though: it reaches any personal information made available to another party for cross-context behavioral advertising, money or no money, and advertising cookies of the kind described above sit inside that reach. We would rather honour the broad reading than argue the narrow one, so the advertising on this site is treated as sharing and switching it off is made simple.

Sensitive personal information. None is gathered here, so the right to limit its use has nothing to act on.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

There are two ways to do this. Either is sufficient on its own.

Use the consent controls on this site. Decline advertising cookies through the consent interface. That suppresses the advertising tags for your browser.

Or turn on Global Privacy Control. GPC is a preference expressed by the browser itself — built into some, added by extension to others. A GPC signal is honoured here as a valid opt-out from sale and sharing. No form, no further click. Where GPC is present it governs, even on a visit where a consent prompt would otherwise have permitted advertising tags.

Should you rather put the request in writing, send it to the address below and it will be actioned.

Making a request

Write to privacy@smartvelorasolution.site. We respond within the period the applicable law requires. We may need to verify your identity first, and we'll ask for the minimum needed to do that.

Children

This Site is written for a general adult audience, isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to privacy@smartvelorasolution.site and it will be deleted.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in jurisdictions outside your own, including India, the United States, and the European Union. Where personal data originating in the UK or EEA is transferred, we rely on safeguards recognized under applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — encrypted connections, maintained software, restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure and we can't promise otherwise.

Because we never collect credentials or payment data, the impact of any incident is inherently limited. That's a design decision, not a coincidence.

Grievance officer

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, together with the DPDP Rules, 2025, requires this Site's operator to name someone to receive data-protection grievances. That person is named below.

NameStuti Goenka
DesignationOperator and Grievance Officer, SmartVelora Solutions
Emailprivacy@smartvelorasolution.site
AcknowledgedInside 72 hours of arrival
ClosedOur target is 30 days; the outer limit set by the DPDP Rules is 90

A grievance left unresolved to your satisfaction can be taken to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the current version.
